What To Expect
As a first step, we will schedule an initial consultation at your residence. I will clearly walk through the different options that are available to you and ensure it is the right fit for what you need. I will also ensure we establish a clear communication plan while you are away and all questions have been answered.
Once you depart, I will notify you the day of any visits and I will take pictures during each visit as well. The pictures will be retained and organized should they need to be used. At the conclusion of each visit, I will send a message that confirms everything is done and provide an update on the property as well.
If for whatever reason there is an emergency or something is wrong with your property, I will communicate this immediately. During your absence, if you need assistance communicating with or meeting with potential contractors or vendors, I can serve as a local point-of-contact as well.
